Liz and Graham GregoryThe owner and proprietor is Liz Gregory, a retired school teacher and long-time craft enthusiast. Liz has a lovely supportive husband - who never complains when all the crafty ladies come to visit or when the floor is covered with new stock...! Liz has been making home-made gift cards for years, but has recently developed a strong interest in scrapbooking and beyond the page projects. Her designs are colourful and creative, and exude the energy and joy that makes up her personality. Liz and Graham have a strong faith in Jesus Christ and love to share the good news of the gospel. Design TeamClarissa HardyClarissa is married to Dave and has 2 children. She lives in Christchurch New Zealand and is responsible for Liz's addiction to crafts! Way back in 2000 Clarissa invited Liz to a card-making evening...Here's a bit more about her: Describe yourself: Creative, quiet, reliable, contented. What matters to you? My faith in Jesus Christ and my family and friends. How and when did you get addicted to crafts? In 2000 a friend introduced me to cardmaking and I resisted scrapbooking until 2004 when I did a heritage class and fell in love with it. What's your fav brand? Oooh...there's too many for just one! Kaisercraft, Basic Grey & Prima. If you could only keep THREE products or tools what would they be? Craft knife, double sided tape and paper. What does your desk look like before, during and after scrapping? Tidy, messy, tidy. Until a projects finished it's everywhere, but then it has to be tidy for the next project. Do you have any crafting goals? Never stop creating......and finish my heritage album. Hilary NicholasHilary is also from Christchurch and has a 6-year-old son called Toby. Hilary is Kaiser mad! She started buying from me through Trade Me and a lovely friendship has developed. She's now designing layout and card kits for Artfull Crafts. I think she's very pleased about that! My son and being a good mother to him How and when did you get addicted to crafts? It was something I had wanted to do for while and at the end of 2007 I made the decision to "DO IT"! I jumped in head first (boots and all) and am now absolutely, totally, utterly 100% addicted. What's your fav brand? Kaisercraft. Well duh! If you could only keep THREE products or tools what would they be? Patterned papers, scissors and paper flowers. What does your desk look like before, during and after scrapping? Tidy, Chaotic, Tidy. Do you have any crafting goals? To be published, to be on a design team, to teach classes, and to earn a little income from my craft. THE EMPLOYEESVicki HoweyVicki has a husband and 2 children and lives in Temuka. She used to own a scrapbooking store in Temuka for a couple of years - so she's a huge asset to Artfull Crafts! Juanita PatrickJuanita is married and also lives in Temuka! She LOVES scrapbooking and card-making and her work is always done with great care. I bet her desk is tidy before, during and after a scrapping session!! It's great to have her on the team! |
